We had booked super deluxe room. We checked at 10 pm in the night and as soon we entered the room we were pissed off with the room condition. The colour of wall was faded, bed back was coming out, room tiles were very dirty ( image attached), there was tv in the room but no set top box. On asking them to change the room initially they said the property is fully sold out but on insisting they provided us another room.. Another room was bit better so we agreed for it. It was 11.30 by the time we got second room. We slept around 12.30 and in morning 4.30 the water started falling from AC. The AC is installed right above the bed. We got up and our half bed was wet with that water. Our sleep was totally disturbed. We complained for the same and asked them to change room or upgrade it. We were ready to pay the additional price for a peaceful stay but they informed that property is fully booked. We booked for 2 days and that too at 10k per night but the property is not worth at this high charges. For Breakfast they have many options but it was all cold. Garden is beautiful and location is good but room plays an important role for a peaceful stay. The rooms highly need proper maintenance. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED FOR PEACEFUL STAY!!!

The hospitality provided by the owner Mr. Muktesh. Patel was truly remarkable. Great staff who knows that how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was fantastic. Courtesy and friendly as well as helpful gestures of the staff members like Mr. Pravin Puri, Mr. Manish, the restaurant manager Mr. Virendra and all made my trip a memorable one.

Had a very good stay at hummingbird, comfortable rooms, amazing staff, nice scenery. A very good ambience Hygienic rooms . Overall a very nice place to stay. The food was very delicious and on time. The garden and the pool area gives a peaceful vibes.
